Terms & Conditions

Z's Dev Studio provides services including website development, SEO optimization, e-commerce solutions, maintenance, and related services. Services are provided "as is" without warranties unless explicitly stated. Clients must pay in full upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. Subscription-based services require monthly payments, but no upfront deposit is required. Late payments may result in service suspension. All content created by Z's Dev Studio remains our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the client, except for third-party elements and proprietary tools used in development.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion and will be evaluated individually. Refunds are not guaranteed. Custom development, completed digital products, and subscription-based services are non-refundable.

Cookies Policy

Z's Dev Studio uses cookies and tracking technologies to enhance website functionality and analyze user behavior. We may use third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) that collect data via cookies. Users can manage or delete cookies through their browser settings, but some features of the website may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Intellectual Property Policy

Clients retain rights to their provided content. Z's Dev Studio retains rights to proprietary methodologies, branding, and any licensed third-party elements used in projects.

Subscription Policy

Recurring services (e.g., website maintenance) require monthly payments, but no upfront deposit is required. Clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination. Late fees may apply.

Acceptable Use Policy

Clients may not use Z's Dev Studio's services for illegal activities, spamming, harassment, hate speech, or infringing on intellectual property rights. Violations may lead to service termination without refund.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Z's Dev Studio commits to delivering services within mutually agreed timelines. Support queries will be acknowledged within 1 business day and resolved based on severity. Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions per project milestone unless otherwise agreed.

Project Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel projects at any time in writing. Any work completed up to the cancellation point will be invoiced and must be paid in full. Z's Dev Studio reserves the right to cancel a project for breach of contract, with all due payments still owed.

Payment & Late Fee Policy

Payments are due on receipt unless otherwise specified. A late fee of 5% may be applied to unpaid invoices after 7 days. Continued non-payment may lead to service suspension or collection action.

Third-Party Tools/Integrations Disclaimer

Z's Dev Studio may use third-party tools or plugins (e.g., Wix, Shopify, Google Analytics) as part of your project. We are not liable for changes, downtime, or limitations imposed by these third parties.

Client Responsibilities Policy

Clients are expected to provide required materials (e.g., images, text, feedback) within the agreed timeline. Delays in receiving these items may push back delivery dates or incur additional charges.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All client information and project details shared with Z's Dev Studio are treated as confidential. We do not share this information with third parties unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.

Accessibility & Compliance Policy

Z's Dev Studio aims to follow best practices for accessibility (e.g., WCAG standards) when requested. However, full compliance is the client’s responsibility and must be specified during the planning phase.

Additional Policies

These policies and agreements are governed and interpreted under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Z's Dev Studio reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
